During the weekends the airline customer center opens at 8: 00 am. An airline customer arrives 5 minutes after the customer center opens and then the interarrival times for the next four customers in order are 3 minutes, 9 minutes, 1 minute, and 4 minutes, after which there is a long delay until the next customer arrives. The service times for these first the 5 customers (in order) are 8 minutes, 6 minutes, 2 minutes, 4 minutes, and 7 minutes.
How would I calculate estimates of L, Lq, W, Wq and probability that there is no customer in the system?
How would I calculate L, Lq, W, Wq and probability there is no voter in the system with 2 customer service representatives?
