Finding the probability for the given set of information

Suppose a rare disease infects one out of every1000 people in a population. Suppose there is a good, but not perfect test for this disease: if a person has the disease, the test comes back positives 99 percent of the time. However, the test also produces some false positives: 2 percent of uninfected people also test positive. what are the probability of you having the disease?
