The characteristics of a good training objective include a statement of:
-what the employee is expected to do, the quality or level of acceptable performance, the conditions under which the employee is to apply what he or she learned
-they include measurable performance standards
-they identify the resources needed to carry out the desired performance or outcome
Refer to the below mentioned training objectives. Evaluate them as per the characteristics of a well defined training objectives. If you think the objectives need to be redefined, then rewrite it.
1. In at least two computer languages, be able to write and test a program to calculate arithmetic means.
