Please revise the following letter to USCIS:
I filed the Form I-730, Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition with USCIS on February 20, 2024. I urged the resettlement agency to request an expedition. Their stubborn attorney disregarded my legitimacy as usual. They did not even inquire about my petition status. Personal inquiry was not applicable according to your policy. My case was outside normal processing time. Regardless of public disorder, my dependents are more vulnerable compared to other petitioners. I had raised such concerns during my eligibility interview with USCIS overseas.
Furthermore, they achieved incorrect information for longer than a year. They did not forward your correspondence to me at all. For instance, my dependents' dates of birth were wrong. While, I had presented their identifications betimes. They hold electronic birth certificates, moreover regular passports apiece. A valid marriage license is available as well.
Despite evident vulnerabilities, my case was deferred. As such, I fulfilled my entire obligations. Thereupon, I plus my dependents received serious harm. Each organization has responsibility along with competency. Compensation or equity is a general principle. When I asked for justice, they said that the USCIS staff have made those sorts of mistakes. Anyway, following your direction:
- I filled out accordingly mailed the Form I-590 on February 18, 2025.
- I corrected any mistakes made by your staff or the resettlement agency.
- I attached supporting documents including the required item over and over.
Rest assured that both of my sons are biological offsprings. Among multiple evidences, I submitted you a copy of marriage license officially translated in English.
I hereby request you to expedite my pending case. Because I am not in a situation to stand further delays. I have the right to family unity, which is considered non-derogable. Article 16 (3) of UDHR in consequence article 23 (1) of ICCPR can be cited in this regard. The United States of America has acceded to those instruments. Hence, American authorities must ensure family reunification. There is no conflict between domestic laws and international provisions.
I will be grateful to you for ensuring the Principle of Family Unity in an expedited manner.
Yours truly identified in detail on the next page.
