The data in the table represent the number of defects detected in a series of 15 samples taken from the production of lamps. Each sample contained 40 lamps. Prepare the appropriate chart. In addition, record the values for the UCL, center line, and LCL. Also, record any points that are out of control. Use a z-value of three.
