I am open to the firm selected within the business of hospitality and the one criterion is that the firm must have 1,000 employees or more. If you selected a hotel or restaurant group select a geographical location!

Step One - Select the hospitality-based business you will be focusing your research on for the course.

Step Two - Create a PowerPoint Presentation, on the title slide share your name and the course.

Step Three - On the second slide share the hospitality-based firm you will be focusing your research on.

Step Four - In the note option on your second slide write 150-word or more observation statement paragraph/narrative sharing what attracted you to your selected hospitality business and what your thoughts, hunches, and observations about how human relations work within the firm.
