In this assignment we discussed about four (4) criteria for assessing emotional strengths and weaknesses, emotional strengths and weaknesses, personal stressors, personal/emotional triggers, and role of emotional stressors in describing behavior. One of the emotional triggers I discovered was criticising or passing judgement because I and other people reacted to situations rather than comprehending them and responding to them. While self-regulation and active listening were lacking, blame game was prevalent at work.
