A brief background about the situation. Your team has been working together for 3 years and you have recently hired on Parry. Parry has been struggling to fit in. The rest of the team has come to you to discuss how they are not getting along with Parry. They believe that Parry is not approachable and is short with them. They said that Parry is always sitting in his own office and he never talks to anyone. They also complain that during meetings Parry looks annoyed and sits with their arms folded. Sally even told you that when she went to train Parry on something he had made an error on, he wouldn't take responsibility and refused to let her explain how to fix something like that in the future.
