1. CRITICALLY ANALYSE THE CURRENT ORGANISATION DESIGN:
Introduce the organisation including a brief history and summary of operations, industry, products, structure ect. Critique the structure or processes of the organisation to identify areas where innovation could be enhanced. (400 words)
SELECT THREE INNOVATION DESIGN METHODS TO BE PART OF YOUR
PROPOSED DESIGN (6 x 3 slides = 18 slides):
A - ONE MANAGEMENT DESIGN (6 slides / 800 words)
B - ONE STRUCTURAL DESIGN (6 slides / 800 words)
C - ONE TECHNOLOGY DESIGN (6 slides / 800 words)
For each of these three designs above you are required to:
Clearly describe and explain the method through reference to relevant literature and other sources; (200 words)
Critically analyse it's features, strengths and weaknesses using relevant literature and other sources; (200 words)
Explain why this method (as opposed to other potential methods) is suitable for the organisation and what it can achieve. Include a justification for why another method was not selected. (100 words)
Recommend how this design could be specifically adapted into your organization using examples and details. Consider innovation principles of frugality, low risk and ethics. (200 words)
Critically analyse your proposed innovative design and summarise the strengths, weaknesses, alternatives, features, requirements and potential areas of further development and how this innovative organisational design can improve the competitiveness and performance of the organisation. (100 words)
SUMMARY OF PROPOSED DESIGN (2 slides): Prepare an infographic representation of the proposed innovative organisational design. Include a summary of important points covered within the report. (200 words)

Guidelines for Infographic report:
This is an infographic report so you must include a minimum of TWO (no more than FOUR) infographics which includes diagrams, charts and pictures which contain text and convey complex meainings. The content of Infographics should not be replicated, although it can be referred to, in written text.
The maximum number of words in the report is 3000 words. Content slides should therefore have on average between 100 and 200 words.
You must use APA 7th edition style references within the body of the report in addition to a reference list of at least 15 separate resources at the end of the report.
Text on slides should be between 14-16pt except for headings.
Slides must be presented in A4 landscape style.
Task 3: Delivery Task: Prepare a 15min visual narrated version of your report, including voice-over to be shown to the management and Board of Directors of the company.
