Assignment 7: Prepare a memorandum of law on whether your state would allow punitive damages against the retail store and/or manufacturer based on the facts of the Mosley case.

Assignment 8: You have been assigned to work on the Mosley case with Plaintiffs' attorney, Theodore Tyson. Mr. Tyson has asked you to prepare a settlement demand letter to the Defendant for his signature. You hope to resolve this case without filing suit.
