Enron has become the Poster Company for bad ethics. However...consider the situation of many employees. You are making a LOT of money (millions in some cases)...you would never get a job that pays anywhere close. You have a family to support....house payment...college tuition for 2 kids. You know things at work aren't exactly "right" but you don't want to say anything because it would ruin it for you.

Most everyone say that they would blow the whistle...but honestly....hmmmmmmm....what would I do?
