Creating a personal development plan At last week's staff meeting it was announced that every educator at Little Catalysts ELC is required to provide a personal development plan. As part of doing next year's budget, Carol wants to ensure that provision is made to support all educators meet their learning plan goals, wherever possible. It will also form part of the QIP evidence, that all staff have a clear learning plan and are working towards ongoing professional development. Your learning plan is required by the end of the week. Carol has requested that you include in your learning plan a work method or practice to learn more about, one that will improve your performance further. She advises that it is also important to acknowledge and plan for the best learning style for you and the skill/knowledge you would like to learn. This will also give her feedback for how best to run professional development sessions.
