Your Task
Each group is required to analyse a case study by preparing a slide deck and in-class individual presentation.

Assessment Description
You will be assigned to groups of 4 students where you will advise an assigned client of their responsibilities and appropriate accounting and governance practices. You will also advise the client regarding the selection, performance measurement and remuneration of their Board of Directors and Executive.

Students will receive a pre-reading document in Week 4 which should be reviewed as part of the preparation of this assessment. Place Your Order Now!

Groups are required to prepare a slide deck following individual and group research to be completed in-class during Week 5 workshop.

Each group will present their findings and advice through an in-class individual presentation during the first half of the week 6 workshop.

The slide deck must include intext references and a reference list. A variety of sources should be used including academic journal articles, textbooks, websites, regulatory bodies etc. Each source must be referenced as per KBS referencing guidelines including in-text citations

You CAN:

Use GenAI/ChatGPT to understand concepts, create ideas, and generate content. You must present your own reflection and understanding.
Use the ideas/information generated by GenAI after cross-referencing them with other reliable sources. You must reference all resources used including GenAI (Referencing).
