You have been hired as a sports analyst at a premier analytics consultancy firm, which generates revenue by monetizing its strategic insights and expertise. Your primary role is to analyze both player and team performance data to make recommendations on contracts for the next season, as well as to identify potential sponsorship and advertising opportunities. Your task is to analyze the data and utilize a set of performance metrics to make recommendations to the league or individual teams, helping guide future business decisions in order to generate revenue for your consultancy.

Comprehensive Report: After refining your dashboard, you will create a written report aimed at a specific audience.

Refinement of dashboard:

1. Make sure you have a variety of charts and at least one advanced chart in your dashboard.
2. Consider the theory of effective visualizations as you make refinements.
3. Make sure you have at least one drill through item (page) in your dashboard, such as teams or players.
