In a survey conducted by representatives from an environmental agency, people were asked the question, "Do you think the gov. should invest funds into renewable energy in order to reduce our dependence on foreign oil?" A group opposed to the construction of windmills and solar farms conducted a survey with the question, "Do you think the gov. should waste your taxes by investing in new renewable energy methods that are unsightly to the landscape and will cause coal miners to lose their jobs?"
