You must address all the assumptions for any statistical procedure you use and you must state the procedure you use. Both the null and alternative hypothesis must be stated for any hypothesis test you conduct. You must reproduce any graphs constructed on your calculator as well. The federal government claims that 25% of all college students would favor reducing the penalties for the use of marijuana. A random sample of 2400 college students showed that 650 favor reducing the penalties for the use of marijuana. Is there sufficient evidence to suggest that more than 25% of all college students would favor reducing the penalties for the use of marijuana? Be sure to state any hypothesis used and address any assumptions needed?
