PC Installation you need to install 25 PC's in a week. The cost is $1000 per day. The schedule says you need to install 5 PCs per day. Therefore the cost per PC is $200. At the end of Day 1 you have installed 5 PCs, and paid $1000 in labor. At the end of Day 2 you have installed 8 PCs, due to a new worker who is learning on the job. You still have to pay the labor rate of $1000. At the end of Day 3, you decide to work the crew over time to catch up. Please review the diagram above. What is earned value after 2-days?
