Pawn shop to sell his guitar and amplifier

John visits Zoe's Pawn Shop to sell his guitar and amplifier. John shows the guitar and amp to Zoe.

After examining the items, Zoe asks if John wants to pawn or sell the item.

John says "sell."

Zoe says: "I'll give you $500 for both."

John says; "That's not enough."

Zoe says: "How about $550?"

John says: "I want $650."

Zoe says: "I won't pay that much."

Suddenly, Zoe's friend Marissa runs in and tells Zoe that they won the powerball. Zoe and Marissa had thrown $5 each into the Pawn Shop lottery pool. They are now Millionaires.

John say; "OK, you said $550. I'll take it."

Is there a Contract between Zoe and John? Explain why or why not. To do it right (and get all the points) you must identify every offer, acceptance, rejection, counter offer, etc. Tell me what happens at each step
