You have been appointed as a public relations manager at the Department of Social Development and have been tasked to develop a public relations programme, focusing on women and children abuse and using the seven-step formula of a public relations programme (the DOTMABE). The campaign should be launched in five cities in five provinces of your choice. Note that the budget for this programme is R60 million. Develop this programme, using the rubric below as a guideline.
