Absences from the office exceeding 30 minutes (excluding Battle Rhythm Events) must be noted on the IG Calendar in advance, when possible. c. Senior NCO's are expected to communicate effectively and provide timely accountability updates to their respective IG Leadership. d. All appointments that will cause an absence from the office for an extended time during the duty day will require documentation denoting the absence. This includes doctor's appointments, retirement/Medical Evaluation Board appointments, or any other personal appointments not related to the job description. Exceptions will be made on a care-by-case basis in the instance of a sick family member, Emergency Room visit, or an event that will require emergency leave. are these good expectations?
