Discuss what would be helpful in overcoming the obstacles you discussed? What three or more things would you need from social work programs, agencies and agency supervision to support your integrating evaluation into your current practice with more ease and enthusiasm? Reminding myself that I have conducted evaluations with clients and agencies for many years. Throughout this time, I have successfully adjusted my focus to meet the diverse needs and outcomes required by various agencies, including compliance with funding sources. I plan to seek feedback from mentors, supervisors, and colleagues to enhance my existing skills. I aim to be challenged to achieve new goals and gain experiences in areas of social work that I have not yet explored as an active participant. This will help ensure that I become well-rounded in my profession. Seek out opportunities to participate in evaluation activities will begin with smaller projects and gradually advance to more complex tasks, further strengthening skills from a social work perspective.
