Select a bakery preferably a local small bakery business, NOT a multinational or large global company.

Conduct a detailed analysis The analysis should include a detailed elaboration of:

1. the external challenges the business is facing including those from customers, competitors, suppliers, technology, the Covid pandemic, social, political, economic, cultural, environmental, legal, government and regulatory, demographic and diversity, CSR and any other challenges

2. the internal challenges including the organization's goals, its organizational characteristics, management and managerial style, its business functions, organizational capacity and its human capital

3. recommend the strategy the company should take to overcome the internal and external challenges in order to achieve its business goals; describe the action plan and make a Gantt Chart.
