Outline of the Marketing Plan- Pick any good company
1. What is the mission statement of this organization? Are there any unique characteristics of this company's internal culture, norms or environment? What are the leadership attributes of this organization?
2. SWOT Analysis What are the key Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats? Be sure to identify which are internal and which are external.
3. Select Segmentation Variables, Targeting Strategy and Positioning - be sure to include a segmentation breakdown of your customer, target market, which targeting strategy you are using and why. Also include how your product will be positioned with their industry.
4. Identify your Growth Strategy for this project - Of the four choose which strategy you will use: Market Penetration Product Development Market Development Diversification
5. Implement Marketing Mix Product Strategies - what is the core product? Augmented product? Which product classification is it? Pricing Strategies - what pricing strategy will you use? Distribution Strategies - discuss in detail your distribution Promotional Strategies - what is your promotional plan? How will you make your customers aware of your product? How will you persuade them to purchase it?
6. Include Market Research - include your survey questions.
7. Promotional Materials - create a print ad for your product.
