TOPIC: KEY CHALLENGES & OBSTACLES FACING THE FINANCE SECTOR IN TERMS OF TALENT MANAGEMENT.

Scenario I am the manager of a medium-sized company in Mauritius. i have been asked by my CEO to undertake a research on the key challenges and obstacles facing the finance sector in terms of Talent Management?

i will need to produce a report for the senior leadership team that includes the following:

• Establish aims and objectives for the project. Outline objectives and timeframes based on the scenario.
