Kim is employed by a large manufacturing organisation to manage the use of standard documentation. She works part time and shares the role with a colleague, John.

After undertaking a regular review of the organisation's use of templates and macros, Kim has become concerned that employees are not using templates and macros properly.

Prepare an email (120 to 150 words) which Kim could send to John to provide information about her concerns.

The email should include:

a. Details of the steps Kim took to undertake an initial review of the use of standard documentation.

b. Details of those things which indicated to Kim that templates and macros were not being used properly.
