A number of new employees were recently added to your group. In order to get the new employees up to speed quickly, you decide to have a meeting with all of them to review policies and expectations, and answer their questions. During the meeting, a couple of the new employees ask so many questions that the rest of the group becomes visibly annoyed. Which of the following is the most effective and least effective action to take in this situation? Most Least Continue conducting the group orientation session, and explain that all of the information being shared is important to ensure a clear understanding of expectations in the group. At the next break, speak privately to each of the employees who are asking many of the questions. Offer to meet with them individually to answer any additional questions they may have. At the next break, speak privately to the employees who are becoming annoyed. Explain to them that you have to answer all questions and that they may benefit from listening to the answers. Continue conducting the group orientation session, but try to answer each question as quickly as possible.
