Operational excellence supports competitive advantages core components in various areas in the organization. The operation of the safe positive environment, listening and communicating, goods and service, change, as well as the functions of the business such as service and quality are all supports operational excellences in the organization. Operational excellence is the ongoing research of ways to improve the quality of service in the organization. “Operations serves as an excellent career path to upper management positon in many organization” (Krajewski, Malhotra, & Ritzman, p.3). Working together effectively promotes unity and the foundation of strength in the organization. Innovation helps the business stay ahead of their competitors. Operating as a productive teammate as well as participating in the success of achieving the company’s goals, vision, and resolutions are ways of getting ahead in the customer service industry. Working in the customer service industry, we were faced with constructive change goal for quality improvement, as well as a positive working environment to establish a better profitable company.
