How would you respond- One example of statistical thinking is a survey. Where I work, we have customer surveys. After all of the results of the surveys have been evaluated, the results can be put in a percentage. So for example, out of 10 surveys, 90% of participants said they were thanked and welcomed back. I work at a bank, so we are always looking at data. We can look at what is the average age of customers that have a checking account with us. There's so much that you can do with statistical thinking. Thankfully, there's a lot of software out there to go along with it.
