Note the use of often-used (or scripted) phrases like "Spacious!" or "Spectacular Views!" or "Location! Location! Location!"

Include photos (using Google image search or an image bank website) to highlight how awful the property is.

Be genuine in your eagerness to sell the property. What are the positive features? Who would be interested in buying this?
