Terri's good friend Pete approached her to change over from her current inventory tracking system to a program he was promoting, Count-em Plus. Due to their friendship, Terri trusted Pete's judgment and believed that the new software would meet her needs. Says Terri, "I thought that together we did everything we were supposed to do: We drew up a plan to organize the changeover process and ensured that I had the resources to do this. We went through the new program function by function to see what it does, and we also documented it. And we tested it ourselves, as well as with the staff."
