In this assignment, MS PowerPoint presentation that describes an organization, its current and future challenges, its capabilities, and the requisite knowledge, skill, and ability (KSA) competencies needed for its success. Your presentation will document the existing total rewards package, including monetary, non-monetary, and the work environment (including values and culture). The PowerPoint will contain a report on existing metrics (organizational or HR), if any are being used. The American Psychological Association (APA) style is required for in-text citations and references.
