What you think is the most significant issue facing management today - and why. Why is this issue more critical than any of the many issues facing management of and in an organization? List a minimum of two potential resolutions to the issue, and briefly explain why these may be effective. You should consult and cite a minimum of five references, three of which should be articles from academic journals not assigned in class ( i.e., not your course read ings ). Wikipedia or any sources from the Internet (e.g., from a Google search) may not be used. Use only sources from the UMUC virtual library databases. Two excellent sources of articles are ABI/Inform and Business Source Complete.
