I'm working on a powerpoint presentation (5 talking points) that focuses on Business Intelligence. However, I still have a very vague understanding of what Business Intelligence really is. By definition I understand it, but in practice or even methodology, it seems incredibly complex. I've chosen the topic "How BI is utilized in the Microsoft Dynamics program". I don't need specifics, but if I could get a few ideas (5 or more) that I can base a presentation off of, that would be super helpful. It doesn't have to be specific to BI with MicrosoftDynamics but if so that would be ideal from anyone who has experience using it.
