A medium-sized chocolate factory anywhere in the world launched a new product (milk chocolate with no added sugar), but it was not well received by the public due to low disruptive advertising. Focusing on the channel (media), it is requested:

1. Propose something different (be disruptive, be different) of the category in the media. (The competition does something and we will do this).

Example 1: A nutritionist who is in a gym informing clients that they can consume chocolate without added sugar and it will not harm their physical performance or fitness (health). Example 2: Remember childhood, gifts, good taste, etc...

2. Find channel Insight: How can I be creative in media (touch points)? and How can the media be part of the strategy?

Example: Panel of some university advertising and that panel at the same time is an air purifier or that panel can collect water from the humid environment so that it can later be consumed. (Insight/strategy: Education for people who want to innovate with engineering and help the community)
