Katie is searching for an antique wing back chair and matching mahogany side tables. She went to the Balmoral Furniture Store where she found a wing back chair but not in her desired colour. She asked the store manager if he could have the chair upholstered in the royal blue colour she wanted and he agreed, stating it would be ready for delivery in 14 days. Katie paid for the chair, 2 matching mahogany side tables she liked and a king size mahogany headboard. She was told the mahogany head board had to be taken from the warehouse as none was available in the store. Katie informed the store manager that she would collect the mahogany side tables at the same time she collected the chair. When the upholstering was completed the store manager contacted Katie and informed her that the wing back chair was ready for collection. Katie told the store manager she could not collect the chair until the following week as she was not yet ready for it. Before Katie could collect the wing back chair, thieves broke into the store and stole a number of pieces of furniture including the wing back chair and the matching.
