Assessment: Marketing Poster

As a team of 3 - 4 (max), you are the marketing specialists to a company that created a new personal financial management app. However, the executive team would like a snapshot of some key insights into the market in order to make decisions. They would like to launch the app in ONE of the following countries: Australia, Mauritius, Singapore, Malaysia or Dubai.

The executive team has put through a request for your team to develop an A3 poster that summarizes and visualizes the following information:

Question 1. Discuss and describe the TWO key factors that are your biggest barriers to enter the market.

Question 2. Identify and discuss THREE types of value that consumer would derive from using this app.

Question 3. Identify the THREE key competitors within the market and describe how they are competitively different to what you offer.

Each team will have 5 minutes to pitch their poster to the Executive team.
The aim is to clearly:
1. Communicate in a concise and convincing manner
2. Deliver an overview of the market overview to an executive audience
3. Convey information that can be useful in making business decisions (launch/review and refine product)

Mandatory:
1. The poster must be in an A3 format.
2. The font sizes should not be smaller than font size 13. You can use subheadings.
3. The poster should be easy to understand
4. You should use effective bullet points to summarize key points
5. The poster should not be a direct plagiarism of an existing template
6. Please manage your presentation time, your presentation should be no longer than 5 minutes.

Resources:
The following software can be used to design the poster:
1. Canva
2. Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/Spark
3. Publisher
4. Other infographic tools
