Due to the increasing cases of Covid-19, governments in many countries had to make decision for lockdowns. The lockdown decision has greatly impacted on economy and society's livelihood such as risks of loss of jobs, working remotely or some must go to office, face work and family demand simultaneously, and cope with the pressure of isolation. The situation heightened fear and anxiety and increases other strong emotions. Analyze any TWO (2) multinational companies operating in Malaysia on their efforts to assist employees in managing stress during this pandemic.
