The challenges of “Managing a Multigenerational Workforce”: Explain and discuss these challenges in terms of their impact on modern day managers.   Specifically address some of the challenges of managing a work team that contains both “Baby Boomers” and “Millennials”. Provide real-life examples to support your answer. Use at least two outside references to support your answer.

This is a graduate level course, so I expect a very high standard of work from each student in this class in terms of accuracy, quality, completeness, and English grammar.   I expect your answers to each question to be fully developed; not brief and skimpy. A two to three page answer to the question would be considered a minimum response.
