I work as a registrar for a school. The administration office and the school board develop policies and procedures for our school to promote student success. The central offices are responsible for hiring administrators, faculty, and staff to carry out these strategies. In this example, the administration office and the school board act as strategic managers, while the administrators, faculty, and staff serve as day-to-day management.
