You will complete this Module Assignment in four submissions:

A brief statement of the organisational issue you plan to address
An analysis of the leadership of the organisational change issue
A critical literature review
A final report on how the leadership of the change Initiative will be undertaken

This Assignment is designed to equip you with the skills needed to analyse and develop solutions to leadership challenges arising from an organisational problem. It gives you the opportunity to combine learning from the module with your own creativity to challenge the status quo and develop a credible environment for leading and managing change successfully.

Imagine that you have been appointed as an external change management consultant to an organisation that you are familiar with or that you currently work in. Your task is to write a report to the CEO with an action plan and recommendations for leading and managing the change successfully. The plan must be both engaging and offer realistic ideas for implementation that address the causal factors underlying the issue of concern. Be realistic in your assumptions; do not underestimate where matters might go astray or where complications may occur. Your recommendations should be supported with logic that flows from your problem definition.

Hiii I have an assignment of leadership development. I attached the file in which i need two assignments on same topic company name (Pepsi drink) which I choosed for first part.
