One employee (male) does not like another employee (female) and goes out of his way to make the other employee miserable. The male employee constantly bad mouths the female employee. The female employee has complained to their supervisor and the supervisor has not done anything to eliminate the workplace incivility. The problem escalates to the point that the male employee calls the female employee a Bxxxx. The female employee files a sexual harassment claim.
