After completing the test, I acknowledge that I have a robust inherent association between males and professions, and females with the concept of family. Based on this, it appears that female employees may prioritize their family over their career, suggesting a stronger focus on their home commitments rather than professional obligations. For instance, female employees may seek a higher number of leave days compared to their male colleagues, whether it is for family vacations, emergencies, or other circumstances.

Practising self-awareness and deliberately slowing down decision-making processes are of utmost importance in ethical decision-making. Various techniques exist to enhance self-awareness regarding unconscious biases. For example, the Implicit Association Test (IAT). The IAT requires participants to choose the option from a pair of alternatives that is cognitively easier for them. Unconscious prejudice in the workplace can be effectively addressed by implementing a complete set of policies and fostering open communication among employees inside organizations.
