Project Assignment - Consider yourself as an Operational Manager at your workplace. You are required to implement a continuous improvement programme aimed at the achievement of organisational goals. You should fulfil the following requirements:

1. Develop strategies to ensure that systems and processes are used to monitor operational progress and to identify ways in which planning and operations could be improved.

2. Facilitate effective contributions to and communications about continuous improvement processes and outcomes.

3. Address sustainability requirements that meet change and improvement process.

4. Incorporate mentoring, coaching and other support to enable people to participate effectively in continuous improvement processes and ensure that business activities are achieved through knowledge management systems.

5. Capture insights, experiences and ideas for improvements and incorporating them into the organisation's knowledge management systems and future planning.

6. Make sure that your team members are informed about the outcome of continuous improvement.

7. Make an employee performance review form to monitor the performance of employees in the organisation identifying the areas for improvement.
