In this weeks Chapter, major factors where explained such as Ethical leadership, great place to work, goal setting, stress management, and many more. The article I chose this week is called "Why superstars make Lousy Bosses. This article talks about Lebron James impact in the NBA and in all the team he has played. His role has been recognized to be the fullest expression of a superstar. Not to mention, he has not only impact the world of basketball, but has also impact society in which he has opened his own school making it possible for kids to get education. For all his success, he has had to set goals in life to be able to achieve them. Can you imagine how much stress he should have? From training everyday, having family time, dealing with this school, definitely a stress management has to be treated. His actions has also effected places to work making a school with a safe environment making more employment for staffs, and safe environment for kids. I would definitely say everyone believes on his ethical decision has open many doors and created a powerful image.
