While administrative capabilities can and should be strengthened in many areas, major breakthroughs and efforts for sustainable change require political will to reorient the way resources are allocated in society. GPAB (1994-1995). Outcomes would be, e.g., enhanced quality of life or productivity for customers/clients, productivity. Feedback would be information from human resources carrying out the process, customers/clients using the products, etc. Feedback also comes from the larger environment of the organization, e.g., influences from government, society, economics, and technologies. This overall system framework applies to any system, including subsystems (departments, programs, etc.) in the overall organization. McNamara, Carter, 2015. A high-functioning system continually exchanges feedback among its various parts to ensure that they remain closely aligned and focused on achieving the goal of the system. If any of the parts or activities in the system seems weakened or misaligned, what happens if the system does not make necessary adjustments to more effectively achieve its goals? Share an example of this.
