Identify any mistakes the company or CSHO officer made concerning policies and procedures found in the FORM specifying the page the policies is found on or other OSHA Regulations. The CSHO officer, Mr. Link met with the top leadership, supervisors, front office supervisor, union representative and interested employees for AgCon, during the closing conference. The union requested a separate closing conference as they did not trust AgCon management however, Mr. Link demanded they meet all together. Mr. Link thanked AgCon for their participation in the inspection and began by stating this inspection was due to a complaint item received but the inspection was expanded due to safety and health items found during the walkthrough. He began by outlining the hazards listed below and offered AgCon, the post inspection guide as to their rights concerning the inspection. Lastly, Mr. Link informed AgCon that he purposely left some hazards off of the inspection report and indicated he would be open to coming back after hours and fixing any hazards or written programs at a reduced price of $50,000 which would be less than abatement. Mr. Link reviewed some of the hazards identified during the inspection below provided and expected abatement date of 2 years.
