CASE STUDY: 

Paula recently took over a 10-unit ski lodge in Revelstoke, BC that her parents have been running for over 2 decades.  The accommodation units are quite outdated but have a lot of potential.  She has a vision to transform these units into a more "eco-friendly" tourism product but is a little overwhelmed at all the updates she needs to implement.

Please answer the following questions:
