In reguards to Lewin's 3-step model and Bridges Transitions, Mode

Personally, while I see differences in the two change models, I don't see them as mutually exclusive or in conflict with each other. At my current organization we are embarking on a massive change known as ERP. We are essentially changing from a whole group of different software systems into one massive software system that supposedly does everything for everyone. I can see how both models are being applied in some way and I'm hopeful about the transition

In your opinion, is it possible to mix the two models or use both simultaneously?
