Leading the Change Process in Curriculum & Instruction

Fullan suggests that in order to properly implement and manage change, leadership and organizational infrastructure must be supportive and focused on building the capacity of the organization to achieve growth and success. Identify two or three strategies that can be implemented to build organizational leadership capacity (both formal and formal structures) and create an infrastructure (i.e. protocols, organizational layout) that will support the change initiative you propose.
