Using the module readings, University online library resources, and the Internet, research leadership theories, management practices, and best practices related to leadership communication. Select 2-3 scholarly resources for use in this assignment.
Create a PowerPoint presentation addressing the following:
- Delineate the differences between leadership and management communication practices and styles, with emphasis on the tenets you believe are the most critical in each regard.
- Identify the three most important communication competencies a leader should seek to master and apply. Justify your answer with appropriate references and examples.
- State five positive, progressive communication strategies a leader should employ during times of organizational change especially as it relates to strategy and execution.
- Summarize the most effective ways in which leaders can demonstrate and utilize their power and influence.
